FOOD OPTIONS

Discounts on food options for children: from 0-2 years of age free of charge, from 2-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 – 12 years of age – 30% discount.

BEVERAGE OPTIONS

– All-inclusive beverages package – includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices: 280 € pax/week, 40 € pax/day.
– All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package: 140 € pax/week, 20 € pax/day.
The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer’s request. The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverages options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.

– Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 €
– Delivery Fee for embarkation/disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 €
– Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in the Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee)
– Fuel for tender-operated watersports
– Any other costs not specifically mentioned as included (e.g. transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, guided tours, adverse activities such as scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting, etc.)

OPTIONAL – APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 3,000 EUR

A fixed APA of 3,000 € is suggested to cover additional costs not included in the charter fee, such as mentioned extra costs, shipping agents’ fees, customs fees, and any special services or activities requested by the Charter Party during the charter. The APA simplifies the payment process for extra costs, ensuring the client doesn’t need to worry about bringing or managing cash at the end of the week. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded to the Charterer after the charter. If expenses exceed the fixed amount, any additional costs will be settled directly with the captain on board. The APA is optional, but if the client chooses not to pay it, they must ensure they have sufficient cash to cover all expenses at the end of the week.

NOTE: Gratuities/tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.

Booking terms:

The option is placed on an explicit e-mail request and is active until an agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. The booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit paid.

Payment conditions:

Deposit: 50% of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking.
Balance: 50% of charter fee + Obligatory additional cost – not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement.
Mean of payment: wire transfer to the account of the Central Agency.
