DAY 4 / Zagreb – Sarajevo (Bosnia & Herzegovina)

After an airport transfer and a short flight, land in Sarajevo. Check into your centrally located hotel and set off to explore the charms of the old town.
DAY 5 / Sarajevo & surroundings

DAY 6 / Sarajevo – Bjelašnica – Brijeg (Montenegro)

DAY 12 / Dubrovnik – Ston – Split

DAY 13 / Split
Welcome to Split, affectionately called the most beautiful city in the world by locals. The morning is ideal for a walking tour of Split, guided by an experienced professional. Feel the vibrant pulse of the city’s cobbled streets, picturesque squares, promenades, and markets. Let your senses absorb the rich history and natural beauty. The rest of your time in Split is at your leisure.
DAY 14 / Split
While Split is captivating, its surroundings are equally intriguing. Use this day to explore the nearby town of Kaštela, the Klis fortress, or the ancient Salona. Alternatively, escape the crowds to the Dalmatian Hinterland. Discover sites like the source of the river Cetina, Peruča Lake, the town of Sinj with its Alka Tournament Museum, or one of the numerous secluded villages nearby.
DAY 15 / Split – Šibenik – embark the yacht
Enjoy the entire morning and early afternoon at your leisurely pace. Don’t miss a coffee on the Riva, the waterfront promenade in front of Diocletian’s Palace. Embark on your yacht in Šibenik in the afternoon, spending the evening in a secluded cove. Welcome drinks and dinner await on board.
DAY 16 / Cruise – Krka National Park
After a leisurely breakfast on deck, sail through the channel of St. Nicholas to the estuary of the river Krka. Dock in the charming town of Skradin, then explore the impressive waterfalls of Krka National Park. Continue sailing to find a secluded cove for swimming, dinner, and an overnight stay.
DAY 17 / Cruise – Prvić – Zadar
Morning sailing beneath the fortress of St. Nicholas leads to the islands of Zlarin and Prvić Šepurine. Gain an insider’s peek into local life and explore the Faust Vrančić exhibit. The day continues westwards along the shoreline towards Zadar, where you’ll dock and spend the evening exploring the town and visiting the Sun Salutation and Sea Organ monuments.
DAY 18 / Cruise – Zadar
Start the morning with an off-the-beaten-path visit to the Zrmanja Canyon, followed by a picnic breakfast in mesmerizing surroundings. Continue with a short drive back towards Nin, a small gem with impressive history and interesting salt pans. Lunch with wine tasting in a vineyard precedes returning on board to find a hidden cove.
DAY 19 / Cruise – N.P. Kornati Islands
Sail to the National Park of Kornati Islands, the densest island cluster in the Mediterranean. Cruise among the islands, exploring their curiosities, swimming in crystal-clear bays, and enjoying chef’s delicacies on board. Immerse yourself in the paradise of Kornati, with each island a jewel in the blue expanse of the Adriatic.
DAY 20 / Cruise – Šibenik
After a serene morning on Kornati, sail towards Šibenik. Disembark for a guided tour of the old town and the miraculous St. Jacob’s Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour begins from the majestic medieval fortress, concluding with a stunning meal in one of Croatia’s best restaurants.
DAY 21 / Cruise – Trogir
Leave Šibenik in the morning, sailing along the rocky shore and islands. Make a final stop for swimming before arriving in the medieval port of Trogir. Explore its ancient cobbled streets and unique works of art nestled within the old town core. The evening is reserved for a cruise farewell dinner on board.
DAY 22 / Trogir – Pag – Plitvice Lake
Embark on a 7-hour scenic drive towards Plitvice Lakes National Park. Stop at several places along the way to soak up the atmosphere, relax, and have lunch. Explore the island of Pag before reaching the foothills of the mighty Velebit mountain. Begin your ascent along one of the most attractive Croatian roads, relishing the dramatic changes in landscape to Plitvice Lakes, where your lodging awaits in the vicinity of the national park.
DAY 23 / Plitvice Lakes
Tour both the Upper and Lower lakes, acquainting yourself with the natural phenomenon that is Plitvice Lakes. The circular sightseeing combines walks and an electric boat ride. Return to the starting point via a panoramic train, savoring the exceptional beauty of lakes, waterfalls, flora, fauna, and pure mountain air. DAY 24 / Plitvice Lakes -Rovinj
Transition from Lika to Istria for authentic experiences. The highlight is truffle hunting with lunch. Along the way, explore two fortified medieval hilltop towns – Motovun and Grožnjan. Accommodation for the night is in the Adriatic shores, a lovely traditional place situated inside Rovinj’s old town.
DAY 25 / Rovinj – Pula
Embark on an exploration of the Istrian coastline, starting with an exclusive private tour of Brijuni Islands. Experience another Croatian National Park, distinct from all others. DAY 26 / Rovinj – Poreč

DAY 27 / Rovinj – Ljubljana (Slovenia)
Start the day with breakfast and check out of your hotel before departing to Ljubljana via Škocjan and Lipica farmstead. Tour the UNESCO-protected cave with a limited number of daily visitors, followed by a stud farm guided tour. Savor Slovenian cuisine somewhere nice in between. A few hours’ drive to Ljubljana awaits, checking into a hotel within the old city pedestrian zone. A pleasant evening walk along the Ljubljanica river is in order to recap the day.
DAY 28 / Ljubljana – Bled

DAY 29 / Ljubljana
This is not a standard walking tour but an exciting and authentic exploration of the Slovenian capital. Starting from your lodging, a gastronomic guide will introduce you to his hometown by passing through most of Ljubljana’s main sights.
