Read the tour itineraries we have prepared on our web site and select the one which appeals to you the most. Please click the "Send Inquiry" link, fill in the form, and send it to us.
If within our tour itineraries there are no programmes which meet all your needs, just click the "Customize your tour" link on the right-hand side of the page, fill in your request form, and then send it to us. The more detailed the information you write into the form, the more effectively we shall customize our programme to meet your requirements.

Step 2: Reply within 24 hours

After having received your online inquiry, we will customize our travel arrangement especially for you, organize a new tour plan which you will hopefully find acceptable, and make our best offer. You will receive our reply by e-mail within 24 hours.

Step 3: Free-of-charge customization according to your requirements

After having received our reply, we kindly ask you to study the itinerary carefully, as well as the offer we have prepared for you. After that, if you still have any other questions or additional requests related to the offer, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail. We will make modifications as soon as possible and send you the new offer. Regardless of how long the consultations and customization may take, we want you to be fully satisfied with our final travel arrangement offer.

Step 4: Booking and payment

Once our offer has entirely met your requirements, we kindly ask you to confirm your reservation in a written form and select the preferred payment method. We accept bank transfer and credit card payment for Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Diners credit cards. We can also make additional suggestions and provide detailed guidelines on the payment procedure via e-mail.

Credit Card Payment

All payments shall be made in the Croatian currency - Kuna. The amount charged on your credit card is calculated by converting the price from your currency to Kunas, in accordance with the current exchange rates of the Croatian National Bank (HNB). When charging your credit card, the said amount will be converted into the local currency in accordance with the card issuer’s exchange rates. As the result of this conversion, a small difference can occur with regard to the price specified on our webpage. 

Step 5: Confirmation

The travel arrangement and full-day or half-day tours will be officially booked once we have received a 30% deposit payment. After that you will receive an official booking confirmation via e-mail. We kindly ask you to pay the balance not later than 15 days prior to your arrival, unless the booking is made 1 week prior to your arrival. In that case we kindly ask you to pay the full amount.
Once we have received the payment of the full amount, we will send the following to your e-mail address: the invoice, the voucher, and all the other necessary travel-related documents and information.

Privacy and Confidentiality Protection

Ventula Travel DMC (Ventula Travel Ltd.) travel agency respects its customers’ privacy, and requires the customers’ personal information only for the purpose of the final booking confirmation, so that the voucher could be registered to the appropriate name and that all required documents could be sent to the customer. Ventula Travel Ltd. commits to protect its customers’ personal information by collecting only the essential, personal data on customers/clients/travelers which we require in order to fulfill our obligations. All information about our customers shall be kept strictly confidential and shall be available only to those staff members who need the said data to perform their job. All staff members of Ventula Travel DMC (Ventula Travel Ltd) travel agency and its business partners are required to abide by the privacy protection principle.

Travel Insurance

The agreed price of a travel arrangement does not include insurance in case of an accident, private liability insurance, luggage insurance, trip cancellation insurance and travel health insurance. Ventula Travel DMC travel agency will recommend its customers an insurance company with which to sign the insurance policy, although the customers are free to sign the said insurance policy autonomously with an insurance company of their choice. We warmly recommend all our clients to sign the said insurance policy prior to departure.

Insurance in Case of Insolvency or Bankrupcy – Security Deposit

The agreed price of a travel arrangement includes the insurance in case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the travel service provider (Ventula Travel DMC travel agency), for the purpose of reimbursement of costs of the clients’ return to the place of departure. Upon confirmation and payment of the full amount of the price of a travel arrangement, Ventula Travel DMC travel agency will send the security deposit certificate to the customer. In case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the travel service provider, the customer is required to contact the travel service provider’s insurance company identified in the contract as soon as possible, and submit all the necessary documents when requested to do so by the insurance company.

Liability Insurance

The agreed price of a travel arrangement also includes liability insurance for any damage which Ventula Travel DMC travel agency might cause to the customer by non complying, partially complying or insufficiently complying with the obligations related to the paid package deal.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the travel arrangement and full-day or half-day tour at any moment; however, Ventula Travel DMC travel agency shall keep a certain portion of the paid amount which will depend on the cancellation period, and which is specified as follows:

We will certainly always try to accommodate our customers’ requests and return all the money which was not invested in the realization of a travel arrangement or a tour.
