Destination Management
Managing a destination to custom-fit is a bigger challenge than one might think.
This collocation has two aspects: destination management as the provision of tailor-made services through the organization of all forms of travel, events and conferences, accommodation and transport; as well as management in terms of redefining the destination itself through the effects of these very services, and ultimately the long-term impact our work will make on people’s lives. Moreover, if we were to look a bit more closely, we could easily find that it is the responsibility of all of us to leave our children with a cleaner and more humane world, a space for more knowledge and modesty. If we were to look around us, we could witness how much tourism can harm the destination if not practiced in a sustainable way, which is why both organizers and travellers should be responsible for its protection.

We also believe in the great possibilities of an interdisciplinary approach, and a constant search for and recognition of new resources. That is why research and collaboration with both scientists and the intriguing common people are often an element present in our programs.
